Add either water or oil and desired amount of the seasoning packet included to make your own delicious Asian style sauce. This low sodium and heart healthy option makes a perfect snack or side to any meal.

  • Skillet Skillet

Time to table:* 7 minutes

    • Microwave Microwave
  • Pour 1/2 bag of vegetables and 1 seasoning packet or desired amount into microwave-safe dish.
  • Add 2 tablespoons oil or water; stir.
  • Cover and cook on HIGH (100% power) 5-7 minutes; stir halfway through cook time.
  • Let stand covered 2 minutes.
    • Skillet Skillet
  • Preheat medium skillet over High heat.
  • Add 2 tablespoons oil or water.
  • Pour 1/2 bag of vegetables and 1 seasoning packet or desired amount; stir.
  • Cover and cook on High 3 minutes.
  • Reduce heat to Low.
  • Cook 3 minutes; stirring occasionally.
