The finest zucchini, yellow squash, baby carrots, green beans, sweet onions and bell peppers are prepared with olive oil, lemon zest, garlic, herbs and fragrant spices.     • Skillet Skillet
  • Heat non-stick skillet over Medium-High heat.
  • Pour 1/2 bag into skillet; cover.
  • Cook 12 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • Remove cover and continue to cook an additional 2 minutes.
    • Grill Grill
  • Preheat grill on Medium to Medium Low heat.
  • Spray vegetable grill basket/ pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Add ½ bag of vegetable blend in single layer.
  • Grill vegetables blend for 18 to 20 minutes and stir halfway through cooking time.
    • Microwave Microwave
  • Pour 1/2 bag into microwave-safe bowl; cover.
  • Cook on HIGH (100% power) 3 minutes. Stir; replace cover.
  • Cook on HIGH (100% power) an additional 3 minutes. Stir; replace cover.
  • Cook on HIGH (100% power) an additional 2 1/2 minutes. Stir.
  • Cook uncovered on HIGH (100% power) an additional 2 1/2 minutes.
  • Let stand 1 minute. Stir before serving.
