Enjoy the hearty chunks of fire-roasted, skin-on red potatoes seasoned with robust rosemary tossed with crunchy broccoli florets, tender green beans and fire roasted red bell peppers and sweet onions all year long. It is easy to serve up exciting meals in minutes when this fresh vegetable blend meets its protein match, great served with chicken, beef or pork.

    • Oven Oven
  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Place 1/2 bag vegetables in single layer on baking sheet.
  • Bake 17 to 19 minutes.
    • Grill Grill
  • Preheat grill to medium heat.
  • Spray an 18" x 24" sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil with cooking spray.
  • Place 1/2 bag of vegetables on foil. Bring up sides of foil and double fold. Bring up ends and double fold to form a packet.
  • Place on grill, cover and cook 15 to 16 minutes.

  • In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons oil over Medium-High.
  • Pour 1/2 bag vegetables in skillet.
  • Cook 10-12 minutes, turning frequently for even browning.
