Product Details

Our chicken and vegetables skillet meal features roasted white-meat chicken with carrots, sugar snap peas and red peppers in a teriyaki sauce over long-grain brown rice.

Preparation

  • Prepare from FROZEN state.
  • Appliances may vary, adjust accordingly.
  • 1. Open package and remove rice and sauce pouches. Place sauce pouch into warm water to thaw
  • 2. Preheat 1 tablespoon of oil in large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • 3. Pour remaining contents of bag into skillet, stir and cover.
  • 4. Cook for 11 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  • 5. Microwave rice pouch on high for 3 minutes.
  • 6. Add sauce to skillet and stir.
  • 7. Cover skillet and cook for 1 1/2 minutes.
  • 8. Carefully remove rice pouch from microwave and pour into large serving dish.
  • 9. Pour contents of skillet over rice.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.

  • 5. Cook on high for 3 - 4 minutes and remove from microwave.
  • 6. Microwave rice pouch on high for 3 minutes.
  • 7. Carefully remove rice pouch from microwave and pour into large serving dish.
  • 8. Pour contents of dish over rice.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
