This is a great meal if you're craving classic Asian flavors. Our teriyaki chicken and vegetables meal is made with tender white-meat chicken, carrots, red peppers and sugar snap peas with our made-from-scratch teriyaki sauce. Each meal includes brown rice in a microsteam pouch.

  • 1. Open bag; remove rice and sauce pouches.
  • 2. Thaw sauce pouch in warm water.
  • 3. Heat a large non-stick skillet on Medium heat with 1 tablespoon oil.
  • 4. Add remaining contents of bag to skillet; cover.
  • 5. Cook for 11 minutes; stirring occasionally through cooking time.
  • 6. Place rice pouch in microwave; cook on HIGH (100% Power) for 3 minutes.
  • 7. Add sauce to skillet; stir.
  • 8. Cover and continue to cook for 1 1/2 minutes.
  • 9. Carefully remove rice pouch from microwave; open and pour onto large serving dish.
  • 10. Pour contents of skillet over rice.
