  • From FROZEN state: Remove plastic lid and cut slits in film.
  • Heat on HIGH (100% power) for 4 to 5 minutes. Carefully pull back film and discard.
  • Stir and cover with plastic lid loosely. Continue to heat on HIGH (100% power) for total of 6 minutes; stirring every 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Let stand for 1 minute. CAREFULLY remove container from microwave and stir before serving.
  • CAREFUL – Product is hot!
  • From THAWED state: Place soup in a microwave safe bowl.
  • Heat on HIGH (100% power) for 3 to 3 1/2 minutes; stirring every 1 to 2 minutes.
