Then they are pan-blackened and tossed into fettuccini noodles and smothered with a creamy Parmesan and Romano cheese Cajun-Alfredo sauce, made from scratch. Share with the family, or prepare for yourself with room for leftovers- serves four!

    • Microwave Microwave
  • Remove tray from carton. Cut slit in film to vent.
  • Cook on MEDIUM (50% power) for 15 to 17 minutes.
  • CAREFULLY pull back plastic film and stir.
  • Replace film and cook on HIGH (100% power) for 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Let stand 1 minute.
  • Remove film and stir before serving.

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove tray from carton.
  • Place tray on baking sheet.
  • Bake for 1 hour.
  • CAREFULLY pull back plastic film and stir.
  • Replace film and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
