Our beef merlot skillet meal features seasoned beef with roasted baby potatoes, carrots, fire-roasted onions and portabellini mushrooms in a rich merlot sauce.

Preparation

  • Prepare from FROZEN state.
  • Appliances may vary, adjust accordingly.
  • 1. Open package and remove sauce pouch. Place sauce pouch into warm water to thaw.
  • 2. Preheat 1/2 cup of water and 1 tablespoon of oil in large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • 3. Pour remaining contents of bag into skillet, stir and cover.
  • 4. Cook for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  • 5. Add sauce and 1/2 cup of water to skillet and stir.
  • 6. Cover skillet and cook for 10 - 12 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
