Our hand-trimmed, thick-cut pork tenderloin fillets are hand-wrapped with applewood-smoked bacon. Each fillet is 100% pure pork tenderloin and is individually wrapped for freshness and convenience.

Time to table:* 20 minutes

    • Grill Grill
  • 1. Preheat grill over medium heat.
  • 2. Remove thawed tenderloin from pouch and pat dry using a paper towel.
  • 3. Season as desired with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • 4. Grill with lid closed for 6-7 minutes.
  • 5. Turn tenderloin over; grill an additional 6-7 minutes, or until desired doneness.
  • 6. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  • Tip: For crisper bacon use tongs to hold bacon directly on the grill rack.

  • 1. Preheat non stick skillet over medium – high heat with one tablespoon of oil.
  • 2. Carefully place pork into oil and sear for one minute on each side.
  • 3. Remove the pork from the skillet and place on a foil lined baking sheet.
  • 4. Place baking sheet into preheated 375°F oven.
  • 5. Bake 13 - 15 minutes.
  • 6. Turn pork over; bake for an additional 7 minutes or until they reach and internal temperature of 145°F.
  • 7. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
  • Tip: For crispier bacon, turn and hold bacon directly on the skillet using a tong, rolling to evenly crisp and brown.
  • THIS PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED THOROUGHLY TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 145°F PRIOR TO EATING.
