Our Spiral-Sliced Bone-In Ham is moist and delicious. It is naturally smoked and cured with just a touch of brown sugar and natural juices. We leave the bone in to deliver a moist, juicy bite with the best flavor. Pre-sliced with a thick spiral cut for easy serving.

Time to table:* 120 minutes

    • Oven Oven
  • 1. Prepare from THAWED state.
  • 2. Preheat oven to 275°F.
  • 3. Remove outer wrap and bone guard.
  • 4. Place sliced side down in shallow baking dish.
  • 5. Cover bottom of the dish with 1/2 inch of water; cover in foil.
  • 6. Bake for 12-15 minutes per pound. Ham weight is printed on the white tag attached to the net.
  • 7. Let rest 20-30 minutes before serving.
