Our aged USDA Choice Filet Mignon is the same great steak, thick-cut to 1½ inches and closely hand-trimmed for the ultimate in tender and juicy perfection. Individually wrapped in easy-peel packaging for freshness and convenience.

Preparation

  • Prepare from THAWED State.
  • Appliances may vary, adjust accordingly.
  • 1. Preheat grill over medium heat.
  • 2. Season and lightly oil steaks on both sides as desired and place on grill.
  • 3. Cook for 7 - 9 minutes and flip steaks.
  • 4. Continue to cook for 5 - 7 minutes or until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 145°F as measured with a meat thermometer.
  • 5. Let stand 3 minutes.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
