Product Details

Our Signature™ Beef Filet Mignons are USDA Choice Beef and specially selected for their superior flavor and tenderness. Each 6-oz. steak is hand-trimmed and cut 1 1/2-inch thick for consistent cooking and serving. Individually vacuum sealed for freshness and convenience. No preservatives.

Preparation

  • Prepare from THAWED State.
  • Appliances may vary, adjust accordingly.
  • 1. Preheat grill over medium heat.
  • 2. Season and lightly oil steaks on both sides as desired and place on grill.
  • 3. Cook for 7 - 9 minutes and flip steaks.
  • 4. Continue to cook for 5 - 7 minutes or until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 145°F as measured with a meat thermometer.
  • 5. Let stand 3 minutes.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
