Our Signature™ USDA Choice T-Bone Steaks are USDA choice beef and specially selected for their superior flavor and tenderness. Each 16-oz. steak contains two cuts of meat on the bone, New York strip and filet mignon beef tenderloin, and is carefully hand-trimmed for a consistent size and thickness. Individually vacuum sealed for freshness and convenience. No preservatives.

  • Prepare from THAWED State.
  • Appliances may vary, adjust accordingly.
  • Thaw in refrigerator overnight or in cold running water for 30 minutes.
  • 1. Preheat grill over medium heat.
  • 2. Remove steaks from plastic wrap and discard paper liner.
  • 3. Lightly oil steaks on both sides and season as desired. Place onto grill.
  • 4. Grill for 4 minutes and flip steaks.
  • 5. Grill for 4 - 5 minutes until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 145°F as measured with a meat thermometer.
  • 6. Let stand 3 minutes.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
  • FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS.
  • THIS PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATUE OF 145ºF
