Our hand-trimmed pork is lightly seasoned, fire-braised and slow-cooked for flavor. Perfectly cooked, our pork is fall-apart tender and adaptable to many favorite recipes and meals such as pot roasts, sandwiches and tacos. Fully-cooked, it can go directly from freezer to slow cooker or oven, no thawing required.

Time to table:* 300 minutes

    • Slow Cooker Slow Cooker
  • Prepare from FROZEN state.
  • 1. Run sealed bag under cold running water for 5 minutes to easily remove pork from pack.
  • 2. Place pork into a slow-cooker and cover.
  • 3. Cook on low heat for 4½–5 hours until heated through.
  • For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions. This product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 145°F prior to eating.

  • Prepare from FROZEN state.
  • 1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • 2. Run sealed bag under cold running water for 5 minutes to easily remove pork from bag. Place into a baking dish and cover.
  • 3. Place into a baking dish and cover.
  • 4. Bake on center rack for 90–95 minutes until heated through.
  • For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions. This product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 145°F prior to eating.
