Our unique whole Bone-In Pork Loin Rack Roast is full of flavor and ultra-juicy with a natural marinade. Our pork is USDA Process Verified with the promise that antibiotics, growth promotants, and animal byproducts are never used. Pork roast rub seasoning packet included to season to your taste.

Preparation

  • Prepare from THAWED state.
  • Appliances may vary, adjust accordingly.
  • Remove roast from carton and thaw sealed pouch in refrigerator for 48 hours.
  • 1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • 2. Place roast with bone tips pointing up into a shallow baking dish.
  • 3. Season as desired with olive oil and 1 tablespoon of rub seasoning.
  • 4. Bake on center rack for 20 minutes and turn over.
  • 5. Bake for 20 minutes.
  • 6. Reduce heat to 325°F and bake for 70 minutes.
  • 7. Let stand 5 minutes.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
