Product Details

Tender farm-raised pork from the Midwest. Naturally hardwood smoked for hours, then lightly pulled and finished with our special recipe. Conveniently packaged in (2) 10 oz. packages. Add your own sauce.

Preparation

Time to table:* 3 minutes

    • Microwave Microwave
  • Remove thawed pork from package; lightly break up and place entire contents onto microwave-safe platter.
  • Cover product with moist paper towel to prevent drying out.
  • Microwave on High (100% Power) for 1 1/2 minutes; remove, stir well.
  • Microwave on High (100% Power) for an additional 1 1/2 minutes or until pulled pork reaches 160°F on a meat thermometer.
  • CAUTION: Paper Towel and Plate will be hot!

  • Remove thawed pork from package, lightly break up and place contents of package into Medium Saucepan.
  • Add 1/4 cup water; cover.
  • Heat on Medium-High Heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionaly.
  • Remove cover; cook an additional 1-2 minutes or until pulled pork reaches 160°F on a meat thermometer, stirring occasionally.
