Our USDA Choice Top Sirloin is the same great steak, personally selected for superior flavor and tenderness and carefully hand-trimmed for consistent size and thickness. USDA Choice quality provides just the right marbling for a juicy, tender bite with no preservatives. Each steak is individually vacuum-sealed for freshness and convenience.

Preparation

  • Prepare from THAWED state.
  • Appliances may vary, adjust accordingly.
  • Thaw in refrigerator overnight or in cold running water for 30 minutes.
  • 1. Preheat grill over medium heat.
  • 2. Season and lightly oil steaks on both sides as desired and place on grill.
  • 3. Cook for 7 - 9 minutes and flip steaks.
  • 4. Continue to cook for 5 - 7 minutes or until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 145°f as measured with a meat thermometer.
  • 5. Let stand 3 minutes.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
