  • 1. Place 1 beef steak and 1 tablespoon of water onto a microwave-safe dish and cover with a paper towel.
  • 2. Microwave on high for 1 minute and turn over.
  • 3. Microwave on high for 40 - 45 seconds.
  • 4. Let stand 1 minute.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
