Our Signature™ Boneless Pork Loin Chops are specially selected for their superior flavor and tenderness. Each 1-inch thick pork chop is carefully hand-trimmed to a consistent size and thickness for juicy, flavorful meat. Individually vacuum sealed for freshness and convenience. No preservatives.

Preparation

  • Prepare from THAWED state.
  • Appliances may vary, adjust accordingly.
  • Thaw in refrigerator overnight or in cold running water for 30 minutes.
  • 1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  • 2. Remove desired number of chops from carton and wrapper.
  • 3. Season as desired with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • 4. Place chops onto grill.
  • 5. Grill for 17 - 19 minutes. Turn frequently.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.

  • 3. Season as desired with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • 4. Place chops in a single layer into skillet.
  • 5. Cook for 15 - 16 minutes. Turn frequently.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
  • FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS. THIS PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 160°F PRIOR TO EATING.

  • Prepare from THAWED state.

  • Thaw in refrigerator overnight or in cold running water for 30 minutes.
  • 1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • 2. Remove desired number of chops from carton and wrapper.
  • 3. Season as desired with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • 4. Place chops in a single layer into a glass baking dish.
  • 5. Bake on center rack for 13 minutes and turn over.
  • 6. Bake for 12 - 14 minutes.
  • 7. Let stand 2 minutes.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
