Our tender, juicy Bone-In Pork Loin Chops are hand-trimmed and individually vacuum-sealed for freshness and convenience.

Time to table:* 25 minutes

    • Grill Grill
  • 1. Prepare from THAWED state.
  • 2. Preheat grill over Medium heat.
  • 3. Remove thawed chops from wrapper and place chops on oiled grate
  • 4. Grill for 20 to 25 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking time.
    • Skillet Skillet
  • 1. Prepare from THAWED state.
  • 2. Preheat skillet at Medium and add 1 Tablespoon of oil.
  • 3. Remove thawed chops from wrapper.
  • 4. Cook for 6-8 minutes.
  • 5. Turn and continue cooking for 6-8 minutes.
    • Oven Oven
  • 1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • 2. Remove chops from wrapper and place chops in glass baking dish.
  • 3. If preparing from FROZEN bake 35-40 minutes. If preparing from THAWED bake 20-25 minutes. Turn over halfway through cook time.
