Our Signature™ Chicken Breast Fillets are specially selected for consistent size and tenderness. Each LiveSmart® boneless, skinless chicken breast fillet is hand-trimmed for cooking and serving consistency and individually vacuum sealed for freshness and convenience. No artificial flavors. No preservatives.

Preparation

  • From Frozen State
  • 1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • 2. Remove 2 fillets from wrapper.
  • 3. Brush fillets with olive oil on both sides. Season as desired.
  • 4. Place fillets in a single layer onto a foil-lined baking sheet.
  • 5. Bake on center rack for 13 minutes and turn over.
  • 6. Bake for 14 - 16 minutes.
  • 7. Let stand 1 minute.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.

  • 1. Thaw in refrigerator overnight or in cold running water for 10 - 15 minutes.
  • 2. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  • 3. Remove 2 fillets from wrapper.
  • 4. Brush fillets with olive oil on both sides. Season as desired.
  • 5. Place fillets in a single layer onto grill.
  • 6. Grill for 7 minutes and turn over.
  • 7. Grill for an additional 5 - 9 minutes.
  • 8. Let stand 1 minute.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.

  • 7. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes.
  • 8. Let stand 1 minute.
