Preparation

Time to table:* 32 minutes

- Oven Oven

From FROZEN state:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Remove filets from pouch.
3. Place on foil-lined baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
4. Bake 32 to 37 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking time.

- Grill Grill

From THAWED state:
1. Preheat grill over Medium heat.
2. Remove filets from pouch.
3. Lightly season chicken with olive oil, salt and pepper, or as desired.
4. Grill for 14 to 18 minutes with lid closed.
5. Turn chicken over several times while grilling for even cooking.

- Stovetop Stovetop

From THAWED state:
1. Preheat 1 Tbsp. of oil in skillet over Medium heat.
2. Lightly season with olive oil, salt and pepper, or as desired.
3. Sauté for 16 to 17 minutes, turning over several times through cooking time.
