  • Preheat oven to 425° F.
  • Place desired amount of shrimp on foil-lined baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Place on center rack; bake 16 minutes. For best results turn shrimp over after 8 minutes.

  • Preheat oil to 360° F.
  • Deep fry desired amount of shrimp for 2½ to 3 minutes.
  • Drain on paper towel.
