Our sweet sea scallops are wild-caught by local vessels off the North Atlantic coast of Massachusetts. Flash frozen without additives or preservatives for delicious, tender scallops. MSC certified for sustainability.

  • Stovetop Stovetop

Time to table:* 5 minutes

    • Stovetop Stovetop
  • Rinse THAWED scallops under cold water, pat dry and season as desired with salt and pepper.
  • Preheat a large non-stick skillet on Medium High heat with 1 Tbsp of oil.
  • Place THAWED scallops in a single layer; cook for 2 minutes.
  • Turn each scallop over; cook for an additional 3 minutes.
  • Add 1-2 Tbsp. butter.
