Our wild-caught, thick-cut mahi mahi fillets have a sweet taste and firm texture. Made with prime, thick-cut fillets that are hand cut. Individually wrapped for freshness and convenience.

Preparation

  • Prepare from THAWED State.
  • Appliances may vary, adjust accordingly.
  • TO THAW SLOWLY: Remove fish from vacuum wrap and thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
  • TO THAW QUICKLY: Keep fish in vacuum wrap and thaw in cold running water for 30 minutes.
  • 1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • 2. Brush 2 fillets with olive oil, butter or margarine on both sides. Season as desired.
  • 3. Place fillets in a single layer into a shallow baking dish.
  • 4. Bake on center rack for 17-18 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • 5. Let stand 1 minute.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.

  • THIS PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 160°F PRIOR TO EATING.

  • 2. Brush 2 fillets with olive oil, butter or margarine on both sides. Season as desired.
  • 3. Place fillets in a single layer onto aluminum foil.
  • 4. Grill for 6 minutes and turn over.
  • 5. Grill for 6 - 7 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • 6. Let stand 1 minute.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.

  • 5. Cook for 7 - 8 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • 6. Let stand 1 minute.
