Product Details

Our Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes are made with wild-caught crab meat that you can see throughout the cake. The buttery cracker flavor and hints of seasoning complement the taste of the sweet Jumbo Lump crab meat. Pan Fry or Bake these crab cakes and enjoy as a great lunch, dinner or appetizer.

Preparation

Time to table:* 27 minutes

    • Oven Oven
  • 1. Prepare from FROZEN state.
  • 2. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • 3. Place cakes on baking sheet approximately 1 inch apart.
  • 4. Brush with olive oil or melted butter on both sides.
  • 5. Bake on center rack for 15 minutes.
  • 6. Turn over; bake for an additional 8-12 minutes.

  • 1. From THAWED state.
  • 2. Preheat nonstick skillet over Medium-low heat.
  • 3. Add 1-2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
  • 4. Place cakes in single layer.
  • 5. Cook 3-4 minutes.
  • 6. Turn over; cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
