Preparation

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • 2. Brush 2 cakes with olive oil or melted butter on both sides.
  • 3. Place cakes in a single layer onto a non-stick baking sheet.
  • 4. Bake on center rack for 15 minutes and turn over.
  • 5. Bake for 8 - 9 minutes until golden brown.
  • 6. Let stand 1 minute.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
  • FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS. THIS PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 160°F PRIOR TO EATING.

  • 2. Add 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil and place 2 crab cakes in a single layer into skillet.
  • 3. Cook for 5 minutes and turn over.
  • 4. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes until golden brown.
  • 5. Let stand 1 minute.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
