Product Details

Our all-natural Wild-Caught Alaskan Sockeye Salmon is caught off the southern coast of Alaska and processed in the USA. Our premier salmon features a bright red color and is high in omega-3s. Our full 1-pound skin-on fillet comes from a fishery that has been independently certified as responsibly managed.

Preparation

Time to table:* 18 minutes

    • Oven Oven
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Place thawed filet, skin side down, on foil lined baking sheet lightly coated with cooking spray.
  • Season thawed fillet with sea salt, pepper and olive oil.
  • Bake for 16-18 minutes or until reaching an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
  • Note: Larger pieces may require additional cooking time.
    • Grill Grill
  • Preheat grill over medium to medium-high heat for 5 minutes.
  • Place thawed fillet, skin side down, on a large piece of foil lightly coated with cooking spray. Foil should be at least twice as large as fillet.
  • Season thawed fillet with sea salt, pepper and olive oil.
  • Fold edges of foil up and over to create a sealed pouch.
  • Grill for 13 - 15 minutes or until reaching an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
