Our Signature™ Alaskan Sockeye Salmon Fillet is selected for consistency in thickness and size. Each LiveSmart® full 1-pound, skin-on Sockeye salmon fillet is wild-caught and flash-frozen within hours of the catch and individually vacuum sealed for freshness and convenience. Our all-natural Alaskan Sockeye Salmon features a bright red color, is a natural source of omega-3 fatty acids and comes from a fishery that has been independently certified as responsibly managed. No artificial flavors or colors. No preservatives.

Preparation

    • Oven Oven
  • Prepare from THAWED State.
  • Appliances may vary, adjust accordingly.
  • TO THAW SLOWLY: Remove fish from vacuum wrap and thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
  • TO THAW QUICKLY: Keep fish in vacuum wrap and thaw in cold running water for 30 minutes.
  • 1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • 2. Brush fillet with olive oil, butter or margarine. Season as desired.
  • 3. Place fillet skin-side down onto a lightly oiled, foil-lined baking sheet.
  • 4. Bake on center rack for 16 - 17 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • 5. Let stand 1 minute.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
  • FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS. THIS PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 145°F PRIOR TO EATING.

  • 4. Fold edges of foil up and over to create a sealed pouch.
  • 5. Grill for 13 - 14 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • 6. Let stand 1 minute.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
