Product Details

Our Signature™ Cod Fillets are selected for consistency in thickness and size. Each LiveSmart® all-natural, boneless, skinless cod fillet is wild-caught and flash-frozen within hours of the catch and individually vacuum sealed for freshness and convenience. Our cod comes from a fishery that has been independently certified as responsibly managed. No artificial flavors or colors. No preservatives.

Preparation

  • Prepare from THAWED State.
  • Appliances may vary, adjust accordingly.
  • TO THAW SLOWLY: Remove fish from vacuum wrap and thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
  • TO THAW QUICKLY: Keep fish in vacuum wrap and thaw in cold running water for 30 minutes.
  • 1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • 2. Brush 2 fillets with olive oil, butter or margarine on both sides. Season as desired.
  • 3. Place fillets in a single layer onto a foil-lined baking sheet.
  • 4. Bake on center rack for 8 minutes and turn over.
  • 5. Bake for 7 - 8 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • 6. Let stand 1 minute.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
