Our wild-caught, all-natural cod loins come from a fishery that has been independently certified as responsibly managed. Flash frozen and individually wrapped for freshness and convenience.

    • Stovetop Stovetop
  • From THAWED State:
  • 1. Preheat non-stick skillet over medium to medium-high heat.
  • 2. Add 1 tablespoon of butter or olive oil.
  • 3. Season the thawed fish with salt and pepper.
  • 4. Cook for 5-6 minutes.
  • 5. Turn over and cook for an additional 5-6 minutes.

  • 1. Thaw fish filets.
  • 2. Preheat grill to 350°F.
  • 3. Brush thawed fish with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • 4. Grill for 6-7 minutes.
  • 5. Turn over and grill for an additional 6-7 minutes.
    • Oven Oven
  • 1. Thaw fish filets.
  • 2. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • 3. Place thawed fish in single layer on a lightly oiled shallow baking dish.
  • 4. Brush thawed fish with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • 5. Bake for 12-16 minutes.
