Our premium, hand-cut Tilapia Loins are taken from the choicest part of the fish. Tilapia is a delicious, mild tasting white and flaky fish. Our hand-cut loins are thicker and more consistent, making them perfect for grilling or baking for lunch, dinner or a quick snack. Add your own favorite seasoning, and incorporate into your favorite fish recipes!

  • 2. Place loins in baking dish coated with non-stick cooking spray.
  • 3. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

  • 2. Place loins on foil coated with non-stick cooking spray.
  • 3. Double fold top and sides of foil to make a loose pouch.
  • 4. Grill 18 to 22 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
