Preparation

  • Prepare from THAWED State.
  • Appliances may vary, adjust accordingly.
  • TO THAW SLOWLY: Remove fish from vacuum wrap and thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
  • TO THAW QUICKLY: Keep fish in vacuum wrap and thaw in cold running water for 30 minutes.
  • 1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  • 2. Brush 2 loins with olive oil, butter or margarine on both sides. Season as desired.
  • 3. Place loins in a single layer onto aluminum foil.
  • 4. Grill for 5 minutes and turn over.
  • 5. Grill for 5 - 6 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • 6. Let stand 1 minute.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.

  • 6. Let stand 1 minute.
