Our Signature™ Alaskan Salmon Fillets are selected for consistency in thickness and size. Each LiveSmart® boneless, skinless Alaska Keta salmon fillet is wild-caught and flash-frozen within hours of the catch and individually vacuum sealed for freshness and convenience. A natural source of omega-3 fatty acids, our salmon comes from a fishery that has been independently certified as responsibly managed. No artificial flavors or colors.

Preparation

  • Appliances may vary, adjust accordingly.
  • 1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • 2. Brush 2 fillets with olive oil, butter or margarine on both sides. Season as desired.
  • 3. Place fillets in a single layer onto a foil-lined baking sheet.
  • 4. Bake on center rack for 24 - 25 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • 5. Let stand 1 minute.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
  • FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS. THIS PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 160°F PRIOR TO EATING.

  • 2. Brush 2 fillets with olive oil, butter or margarine on both sides. Season as desired.
  • 3. Place fillets in a single layer onto aluminum foil.
  • 4. Grill for 8 minutes and turn over.
  • 5. Grill for 7 - 8 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • 6. Let stand 1 minute.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
  • FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS. THIS PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 160°F PRIOR TO EATING.

  • TO THAW SLOWLY: Remove fish from vacuum wrap and thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
  • TO THAW QUICKLY: Keep fish in vacuum wrap and thaw in cold running water for 30 minutes.
  • 1. Preheat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • 2. Brush 2 thawed fillets with olive oil, butter or margarine on both sides. Season as desired.
  • 3. Place fillets in a single layer into skillet and cover.
  • 4. Cook for 6 minutes and turn over.
  • 5. Cook for 7 - 8 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • 6. Let stand 1 minute.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
