Our heart-healthy Alaskan salmon fillets are wild-caught in Alaska, flash frozen and individually wrapped for freshness and convenience. Our salmon comes from a fishery that has been independently certified as responsibly managed.

Time to table:* 16 minutes

    • Grill Grill
  • 1. Preheat grill on Medium.
  • 2. Place fillets on foil sprayed with cooking spray.
  • 3. Roll up sides of foil to make an open pouch.
  • 4. Place on grill and cover.
  • 5. Grill 15 to 16 minutes; turning fillets over halfway through cooking time.
    • Oven Oven
  • 1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  • 2. Place fillets on foil lined baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  • 3. Bake for 24 to 25 minutes.
  • TO BROIL:
  • 1. Preheat broiler. Place fillets on broiler pan.
  • 2. Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat for 8 minutes.
  • 3. Turn fillets over and continue to broil for 4 to 6 minutes.
