The prep and pairing choices have all been taken care of for you, allowing you to simply microwave the seasoned veggies while the meatloaf cooks in the oven before plating a full, well-rounded meal in a matter of minutes. No chopping, dicing, or sautéing – just a simple, delicious dinner.   • Prepare from FROZEN state.
  • Appliances may vary, adjust accordingly.
  • Begin preparing meatloaf. Place ketchup glaze pouch aside to thaw and vegetable pouch back in freezer.
  • 1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • 2. Remove loaves from pouch.
  • 3. Place 2 loaves onto oiled, foil-lined baking sheet.
  • 4. Bake on center rack for 20 minutes.
  • 5. Remove from oven and turn over. Add glaze to top of both loaves.
  • 6. Bake for 14 - 15 minutes.
  • 7. Let stand 1 minute and place on plates.


  • While meatloaf is in the oven, prepare vegetable blend.
  • 1. Cut a slit in top of vegetable pouch to vent.
  • 2. Place pouch in center of microwave.
  • 3. Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes.
  • 4. Carefully remove pouch and gently move and mix vegetables in pouch.
  • 5. Microwave on HIGH for 3 - 3 1/2 minutes.
  • 6. Let stand 1 minute.
  • 7. Carefully pour vegetables onto plate.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
  • FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS.
  • THIS PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 160°F PRIOR TO EATING.
