Our sausage and muffin sandwich is made with a pork sausage patty, scrambled egg patty and American cheese on an English muffin and provides 15g of protein per serving. No artificial flavors.

  • 1. Remove 1 sandwich from carton and wrapper.
  • 2. Place sausage and egg patties next to each other onto a microwave-safe dish.
  • 3. Cook on high for 1 minute.
  • 4. Re-assemble sandwich and cook for 1 minute 15 seconds.
  • 5. Let stand 1 minute.
  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
