Our LiveSmart® Grade A dark sweet cherries from Washington state are a good source of fiber. These sweet and juicy whole cherries are pitted and ready to eat or perfect for smoothies. Naturally gluten free and kosher certified. All natural and no sugar added.

  • • 2 cups frozen Dark Sweet Cherries
  • • 1 ½ cups milk or non-dairy milk
  • • 1 cup yogurt

  • Add ingredients into a blender and blend 1 minute or until desired consistency.

  • To make thicker add ice or additional frozen fruit.
  • To sweeten add honey or brown sugar.
  • For added nutrition add oatmeal, spinach, kale or chia seeds.
  • Caution: May contain pits or pit fragments.
    • Thaw Thaw
  • For optimum quality, only thaw desired portion. Do not refrigerate.
  • 1. Remove desired amount and return remainder to freezer.
  • 2. Spread evenly in a single layer onto a plate and wrap tightly with plastic wrap.
  • 3. Let sit at room temperature for 75 minutes
