Paul’s passion is rooted in the people at Schwan’s Home Delivery. As a family business owner, he is driven by the impact Schwan’s Home Delivery has in communities across the country and the trust customers have placed in the company for seven decades.
Paul earned both his MBA and bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Minnesota. Growing up with Schwan’s Home Delivery, his favorite menu items are the Peanut Butter Waffle Cone Ice Cream and the Ancient Grain-Encrusted Alaskan Cod Fillets.

Since joining in 2019, Sheila has led financial planning and analysis, corporate accounting, treasury, compliance, and decision support teams.
With more than 30 years of experience in corporate finance, Sheila previously served as an Executive Finance Consultant at Salo, where she played an integral role in the integration of UNFI and Supervalu in a deal valued at $2.9 billion. Prior to Salo, Sheila was North American CFO and Senior Vice President for Sodexo, Inc. and led financial teams for several leading brands, including Office Depot, Tree of Life, JM Family Enterprises, Supervalu and Meredith Corporation. She started her career in the Audit practice at KPMG.
A graduate of Iowa State University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Sheila is a Certified Public Account. In 2012, Diversity Inc. named Sheila as one of Florida’s Most Powerful & Influential Women. A Schwan’s Home Delivery customer since childhood, her favorite menu item is the Signature Silvermint Ice Cream Bars.

Since joining Schwan’s Home Delivery in 2017, Jared has led risk management, safety, legal and compliance for the company and serves as Corporate Secretary to the governance structure.
Jared began his relationship with Schwan’s Company while in private practice, where he spent more than 10 years at a leading national law firm. During his time in private practice, Jared was named to Minnesota’s Rising Stars list for multiple consecutive years.
Jared earned his bachelor’s degree in international business from Pepperdine University and his J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. He is a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel and Minnesota Chamber of Commerce and sits on the board of two Minnesota-based nonprofit organizations. A Schwan’s Home Delivery customer since childhood, his favorite menu item is the Signature Bone-In Pork Loin Rack Roast.

Since joining Schwan’s Home Delivery in 2012, Kevin has served in various IT managerial roles and now oversees strategy and day-to-day technology for all operations of the business, including for the iconic yellow Schwan’s Home Delivery trucks. He also plays an integral role in the long-term planning and vision of the business.
With more than 25 years of experience, Kevin previously served as the Operations Manager at Dakota State University’s Health Information Technology Regional Extension Center, where he developed a health care IT system for rural America. Prior to Dakota State University, Kevin served in various technology- and people-focused roles, including at a leading computer hardware company, Gateway.
Kevin earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of South Dakota and has previously been named to Prairie Business Magazine’s 40 under 40 list. His favorite Schwan’s Home Delivery menu item is the Signature Chicken Wings.

Ron Moore is Chief Operating Officer at Schwan’s Home Delivery, where he oversees all operations of the company ranging from warehousing, Schwan’s Home Delivery Direct Shipping, route engineering, consumer care, procurement, and Schwan’s Home Delivery’s iconic yellow trucks to supply chain, forecasting, inventory and demand, and capital expenditure. Joining the company in 1993, Ron has balanced escalating responsibilities in both field and corporate leadership at Schwan’s Home Delivery, including positions leading the Northeastern region for the company, serving as Vice President of Strategic Planning, and then as regional Vice President for the Southeastern region of the United States. A fan of Schwan’s Home Delivery since his childhood, Ron highly recommends the Signature Chicken Breast Fillets.
