How do I skip my next service, change my delivery frequency or cancel my service?

If you have a order:

On mobile
  1. Open hamburger menu > Sign In > Tap Orders
  2. Tap Pending Orders > Update Order or Cancel Order
On app
  1. Tap the Account icon at the bottom of your screen
  2. Tap the Orders dropdown
  3. Tap Pending Orders > Update Order or Cancel Order
On desktop
  1. Sign In > Open “Hi, Name” dropdown
  2. Click Pending Orders > Update Order or Cancel Order

If you do not have a pending order:

On mobile
  1. Open hamburger menu > Sign In > Tap My Account
  2. Tap Orders dropdown > Tap Deliveries
  3. In Deliveries you can view, modify, skip or cancel your next Service Date from the “Ongoing Service” section.
On app
  1. Tap the Account icon at the bottom of your screen
  2. Tap the Orders dropdown > Tap Deliveries
  3. In Deliveries you can view, modify, skip or cancel your next Service Date from the “Ongoing Service” section.
On desktop
  1. Sign In > Open “Hi, Name” dropdown
  2. Click My Account > Click Deliveries where you can view, modify, skip or cancel your next Service Date from the “Ongoing Service” section.

Do you have an upcoming Service Date you want to change, too? You can view, modify, or skip your next Service Date within the “Ongoing Service” section. If your upcoming order is the same day as your next Service Date, you must first change the order delivery date and time or cancel that order.
