At check out, you’ll choose from the delivery options available to you based on your delivery address. We offer delivery via our Schwan’s Home Delivery Representative or a national shipping partner. All orders delivered by our Representatives will be left on your doorstep safely and securely packaged to stay frozen if you are not home. If you have opted in to receive text messages, you will receive a text 60 minutes before your scheduled service. Deliveries by our shipping partners typically arrive within 2 days from the date of purchase. You can view typical delivery times.
To check the status of your delivery (via Schwan’s Home Delivery):
On mobile
- Open hamburger menu > Sign In > Tap Orders
- Note the date under Next Delivery Date
On app
- Tap the Account icon at the bottom of your screen
- Tap the Orders dropdown
- Tap Pending Orders > Note the Delivery Date
On desktop
- Sign In > Open “Hi, Name” dropdown
- Note the date under Next Delivery Date
If your order is Pending, you can edit your items, delivery date and time.
Note: If your order is being delivered by one of our national shipping partners, you will receive an email with tracking and delivery information.
