You may change or cancel an order online prior to 11 p.m. the day before your scheduled delivery date. If you are expecting a delivery via our national shipping partner, please connect with a Customer Care Team member by calling us at 1-888-724-9267.
To change or cancel an order:
On Mobile
- Open hamburger menu > Sign In > Tap Orders
- Tap Pending Orders
- Select the order you wish to change or cancel and tap Update Order
- You can then add or delete items from the order or cancel the order in its entirety
On app
- Tap the Account icon at the bottom of your screen
- Tap the Orders dropdown
- Tap Pending Orders
- Select the order you wish to change or cancel and tap Update Order
- You can then add or delete items from the order or cancel the order in its entirety
On desktop
- Sign In > Open "Hi, Name" dropdown
- Click Pending Orders
- Tap Pending Orders
- Select the order you wish to change or cancel and tap Update Order
- You can then add or delete items from the order or cancel the order in its entirety
