Why won’t the app sign me in when using facial recognition or fingerprint sign-in?

You may reach the allowed attempts for facial recognition or fingerprint sign-in if there is an issue with your device’s ability to perform a facial or fingerprint scan.

• For facial recognition, please make sure your device’s camera can easily see your face.
• For fingerprint sign-in, please make sure your device can easily read your finger by making sure your finger and device’s fingerprint reader is clean and dry.
