6 Tamales (600), slightly thawed and halved lengthwise

1 bowl Chili with Beans (841), prepared

1/2 cup diced onions
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup enchilada sauce
2 Tbsp taco sauce
1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
1 cup crushed tortilla chips


1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.

2. Place 6 tamales cut side up into an 8”x8” baking dish or 8” cast iron skillet.

3. Top with half of chili, onions and cheddar cheese, repeat layers.

4. Cover with enchilada and taco sauce.

5. Sprinkle cheese blend over top and bake 45 minutes

6. Garnish with tortilla chips and serve.

Tip: For additional flavor top with sour cream and chopped cilantro.
