12 6 inch flour tortillas
1 bag Sausage Breakfast Skillet (654), thawed

12 eggs
crushed red pepper flakes


1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Heat tortillas in microwave 30 seconds to soften.

3. Fold gently into each muffin cup.

4. Divide breakfast kit between tortillas.

5. Top with egg and bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through.

6. Garnish with red pepper flakes and serve.

Tip: Serve with fresh slices of avocado, pico del gallo salsa and some shredded cheese
