1 bag Creamy Mashed Potatoes (763), prepared

1 Tbsp butter
1 lg egg, beaten
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 tsp chopped chives


1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Mix together mashed potatoes, butter, egg and cheese, salt, pepper and chives.

3. Spoon or pipe mixture into ramekins or custard cups.

4. Sprinkle lightly with paprika.

5. Bake on middle rack for 20-25 minutes or until edges are evenly browned.
