A creamy chowder full of shrimp, sweet corn, bacon and tender potatoes combined together for a hearty flavored slow cooked meal.


Ingredients and Steps


2 containers Loaded Baked Potato Soup (852), thawed

8 oz cream cheese, cubed
2 cups Super Sweet Cut Corn (773), frozen

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 pkg Jumbo Cooked Tail-Off Shrimp (574), thawed & quartered
Salt & pepper to taste


1. Add soup, creamed cheese and corn to a medium sized slow cooker.

2. Cook covered on high for 2 hours.

3. Stir in cheese and shrimp.  Cook an additional 30 minutes.

4. Season to taste and serve.

Tip: Try smoky cheddar to add depth and extra flavor to this soup.
