1 cup ranch dressing
1 Tbsp minced chipotle chilies in adobe sauce
2 lg sliced tomatoes
1 avocado, diced
1/4 cup finely dice red onions
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
4 Salmon Burger (561), prepared

4 New York Style Kaiser Roll (920), prepared and sliced
4 lettuce leaves

Steps

1. Blend ranch and chipotle and set aside

2. Chop one tomato and slice the other.

3. Mix chopped tomato, avocado, red onion, juice, oil and salt.

4. Place salmon burger over roll and top with lettuce, slice tomato, chipotle ranch.

5. Top with avaocado mixture and serve.

Tip: Make extra chipotle ranch for dipping fries or wedges.
