1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Press cookies into tartlet pans, place on cookie sheet and bake 10 – 15 minutes
3. Cool 2 minutes.
4. Press center and sides down gently to form crust then cool completely.
5. Fill middle with chocolate spread or cheesecake filling.
6. Garnish with fresh berries.
7. Combine jam and water to make glaze then brush berries with glaze.
Tip: Crust can be prepared the day before and carefully store in a sealed container.
