1. Combine the salt, sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over pork chops.
2. Sautee chops in a large skillet over medium high heat for 8-10 minutes on each side. Remove to a serving platter and keep warm.
3. Add cherries, juice, vinegar, chipotle peppers, marmalade and garlic into skillet
4. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 3-5 minutes.
5. Spoon glaze over chops and serve.
