Pork Chops with Chipotle Cherry Glaze

This sweet and spicy cherry sauce adds an incredibly flavor to our juicy bone-in pork chops.


Ingredients and Steps


4 Bone-In Pork Loin Chops (392), thawed

1/4 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 cup Dark Sweet Cherries (927), frozen

2 Tbsp dried cherries
1/4 cup orange juice
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped
1 Tbsp Apricot preserves
1/4 tsp cloves garlic, minced


1. Combine the salt, sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over pork chops.

2. Sautee chops in a large skillet over medium high heat for 8-10 minutes on each side. Remove to a serving platter and keep warm.

3. Add cherries, juice, vinegar, chipotle peppers, marmalade and garlic into skillet

4. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 3-5 minutes.

5. Spoon glaze over chops and serve.
